Day 16 writing in school

My school told me to write about:

How I treated someone the same even though other people would think they were different and treat them differently.

My gym leader in AWANA, a program in my church, is black. Then my mom asked me if I remembered a person that others might treat differently because of how he looked. I had no idea who she meant, then she told me that Mr. Dave was the one that she was talking about. When she told me, I realized that other people might treat him differently because he is black.

My sister also has a black friend, but because we are raised in a christian family, we didn't treat him differently like some other people would.
